Cancellations & Refunds

All print-on-demand products go into production within 4 hours and are custom-made—bespoke to your individual specifications. No order would exist unless a personalised commission was provided. Your acceptance of these terms acknowledges the custom nature of your order, exempting it from the typical cancellation rights under UK consumer law due to its bespoke commission status.

This means you can cancel and receive a full refund for orders before they are in production, but once in production, we  can no longer guarantee a cancellation, and you will be charged for the product costs.

Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives incorrect due to a printing or fulfilment error, the correct print will be reissued at no extra cost. Customers should report the issue within 7 days with photos.

Refund for Damage or Defective Prints

If a customer returns a print due to an error on our part, we will handle the return and refund once we are satisfied with the damage or error; however no  refund will be issued for a customer changing their mind. Damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item. This must include clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, a replacement, not a refund, will be issued.

Wrong Address

We take no responsibility for an incorrect address entered by the customer. Please double-check your address to avoid the loss of your package. If the product is returned to our printing facility and must be re-shipped, the  customer will be charged a second time for shipping. It is important to note that packages are not always returned, and in such cases, you will need to re order at your own cost.

Shipping Issues & Lost Orders

If an order has not been delivered within 28 days of shipping, a free replacement will be sent after confirming with the carrier. However, it is essential to note that free replacements are not offered for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to customs, extreme weather, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. These events are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price
